This is an exciting job role for a conscientious and motivated individual to join an extremely dynamic operation. Covering all facets of the recruitment process you will be based at our onsite contract located in Ollerton although travel to other sites may be required when necessary. As the senior consultant based at a key client's premises you will be expected to maintain and be responsible for the day to day running of the supply of temporary staff to the site.

Responsibilities will include:

•Developing and managing both existing and new client relationships
•Ensuring service to client/end user is maintained to agreed standard
•Filling vacancies by using logical approach to ensure correct applicants are placed into work
•Managing onsite team members including support networks ensuring service is provided 24/7
•Assisting client with performance management processes
•Conducting grievance and disciplinary proceedings with temporary workers
•Managing recording of hours and payroll for large temporary workforce
•Organising interviews and inductions and conducting these to required standard
•Planning and implementation of recruitment plans and drives for peak times
•Utilise market awareness and instigating innovative ideas that will enhance the business
•Managing internal systems to produce reports and generate KPI's

Key Skills

You should be extremely personable and confident in approach to both client and temporary workforce. You will possess high level communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal with the ability to listen and empathise with our clients and candidates. The capability to operate in a diverse workplace is also advantageous in this role. Additionally a high level of attention to detail and clarity of work needs to be one of your primary focuses on a day to day basis. Other desired skills include:

Qualifications and training required

Whilst no formal qualifications are required, successful candidates would be expected to hold 5 GCSE's graded A*-C and preferably hold A levels in a subject that shows effective communication skills.

A qualification or additional learning in subjects such as Business Studies, Management, Sociology or Psychology can be advantageous for this role. Additionally administrative, sales and/or experience in customer service is normally beneficial. Experience of working in Industrial Recruitment would also be highly sought after
