Principle Duties and Tasks

* To receive all telephone and email bookings and enquiries
* Raise quotes and reservations on Pinnacle, ensuring jobs are allocated to relevant departments.
* Work closely with the scheduling department to ensure and arrange equipment availability
* Maintain contact at all times with intercompany departments to ensure job seen through to completion (shift permitting).
* To handover uncompleted work at end of shift and other relevant information.
* To answer invoice queries as required.
* Respond to emails in a timely manner
* Work load permitting assist colleagues on Hire Desk
* Ensure product knowledge and awareness is continually updated


Principle Requirements

* Previous experience required
* Ability to work and maintain effectiveness under pressure within tight deadlines
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Strong organisation skills
* Able to accept constructive feedback
* Excellent telephone skills
* Able to work on own initiative and communicate actions effectively
* Good interpersonal skills
* Flexible and willing to adapt to meet business needs
* Build and maintain effective team relationships
* Build and maintain a positive rapport with all existing and new clients
* Self-motivated
* Computer literate
