Sewell Wallis are currently recruiting for a reputable city law firm based in Leeds. Previous experience is essential.

Duties and responsibilities-

Review expense claims for compliance with relevant policies ensuring that they are authorised and coded correctly.
Liaise with solicitors to ensure invoices are received in a timely manner and chase for missing invoices.
Ensure invoices are paid within supplier time frame.
Scan and upload purchase ledger invoices.
Monitor client to bill payment requests and process.
Monitor incoming office receipts and post accordingly.
Process client payments when required ensuring strict compliance with SRA/AML rules and the firm's policies.
Monitor bank accounts for incoming client funds.
Assist with credit control.
Assist with the processing of petty cash claims.
Assist the Practice Manager with general administrative duties as required.
Assist with producing monthly bills.
Ad-hoc reports and analysis as and when required.
Continually appraise existing processes to inform system and procedural development.
Any other duties defined by the Practice Manager from time to time.
