My client is now looking to add more quality individuals to their successful, ever growing organisation, and are looking for an Asset Transfers Team Leader to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities:

* The purpose of this role is to be the point of contact for all team members to ensure consistency of approach and as an escalation point for internal queries.
* Responsibility for timely and effective processing across the team in line with company SLA's.
* Relationship building and provision of excellent service standard.
* Develop an extensive knowledge of all areas of the proposition.
* Have a strong understanding of both Platforms.
* Building strong relationships through proactive measures and quality service.
* Provide training and guidance to team members, improving service provision to new and existing clients using the platform, promoting best practices.
* Operational oversight of re registrations and transfers within agreed service levels, escalating where necessary to ensure timely resolution.
* Operational oversight of deceased client account management in line with expectations and reporting obligations.
* Operational oversight of account closures within agreed service levels, authorisation of closing accounts.
* Conducting analysis and investigations for BAU and project work.
* Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines and policies including the Data Protection Act.
* Providing accurate, valid and complete information to clients using data, functions and resource available.
* Resolving client enquiries and issues in a timely manner, within company SLA's and processing guidelines.
* Collating client feedback and trends to work with others to enhance service delivery and overall client experience.
* Maintaining accurate records of client communications, data amendments and relevant documentation.
* Control oversight, including completion and upload of daily Asset Transfers and EOD Checklists.
* Operational oversight of quality controls within the Asset Transfers team.
* Mentoring direct reports for training and development.
* Involvement in recruitment, cover and holiday planning.
* Continuously seek ways to identify, improve and develop inefficient processes.
* Assist with the documentation of new/changes to operational processes and their implementation.
* Liaising with Compliance and Management on complaints, including aiding with the investigation and resolution.
* Ad hoc projects as and when required.

Key Skills & Experience:

* Previous experience within a platform environment is desirable.
* Proven track record of working accurately within defined processes.
* Proven ability to problem solve using own initiative.
* Developed people management and leadership skills.
* Proficient Outlook and Excel skills essential.
* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
* Willingness to learn new systems, concepts and broaden knowledge in the industry.
* Motivated to thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment.
