Head of Strategic Relationships and Networks
Champion exceptional approaches to strategic engagement at the very highest level.
Join the City of London's Mansion House and Central Criminal Court team in this pivotal role and you will take the lead on strategic engagement with key stakeholders of the Mayoralty and Shrievalty of the City of London.
As Head of Strategic Relationships and Networks you will lead, plan and deliver strategies for long-term stakeholder engagement, with a particular focus on domestic relationships in the UK. The goal is to create and strengthen engagement with national policymakers, businesses, and other national institutional bodies.
To achieve this, working with the Executive Director of Mansion House and Central Criminal Court you will forge strong relationships with key stakeholders across those organisations, and collaborating closely with our Directors of Communications and Economic Development, and the City Remembrancer to seize opportunities for significant long-term engagement, you will help to promote the City of London as the world's leading financial and business centre. We will also be looking to you to oversee the delivery of a high quality events programme as part of this engagement. The Lord Mayor and Sheriffs in particular will each rely on your expert advice to enhance both their individual profiles and, collectively, the Mayoralty and Shrievalty.
A driven and inspirational leader, you have exactly what it takes to gain the commitment of others to the City of London Corporation's vision and strategic objectives. Crucially, you also know how to develop and empower a team to achieve stretching targets. As your track record demonstrates, those same qualities equip you to establish positive relationships and broker fruitful partnerships between high level individuals in both the public and private sectors. A gifted influencer and persuader, you are able to draw on a wealth of experience and knowledge spanning the UK political and policy making environment, City businesses and business services.
