One Trust is a recently formed charity providing support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.  We are looking for a skilled administrator to manage our small administrative team based in Tooting.  Applicants should have extensive experience of office management and managing a team. Experience of using accounting software (preferably Sage 50 Professional v2015, our current software) is essential, as is experience of carrying out accounts payable/receivable functions, accounts reconciliations, and associated admin/finance duties.  You will be managing two full time and one part time administrator, and reporting to the Business & Finance Director. You will be overseeing and participating in a range of admin tasks including petty cash management, statistical returns, reception duties, asset inventories and supplies ordering/invoicing.

The admin team is based in our complex needs hub in Tooting, SW17. This can be a noisy and busy environment, so good concentration skills are essential. The team manages administrative functions for the whole One Trust service, which includes four community bases within Wandsworth Borough, in addition to the complex needs hub. You must be prepared to visit the different bases to audit admin processes carried out by base managers.

Previous experience/ an understanding of safeguarding issues and good practice in relation to vulnerable adults, and of supporting family carers is desirable.
