Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently working with a Large Multinational Property Company based in London Bridge who are looking for a Finance Manager on an initial 5 month contract for a maximum of GBP350 LTD per day.
The role will involve:
-Lead sustainable financial growth by taking ownership of financial strategy, controls and management information within the Business Unit and Contracts
-Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to consistently throughout
-Continually review, maintain and improve cash flow, margins and reporting
-Developing targets and bench marking processes to challenge the financial information
-Preparing accurate Business Unit reports in line with monthly company timetable, including full profit & loss account with analysis and commentary, balance sheet and reconciliations, and detailed project profitability reports
-Managing and developing contract support team
- Including recruitment, inductions, target setting, motivating, developing and carrying out structured appraisals and succession planning
-Preparing and attending monthly formal Contract and Business Unit reviews
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, have very strong business partnering experience and be happy to have a very hands on approach to the role.
