HR Systems & Reporting Analyst

As a member of the HR Systems and Analytics Team, the HR Systems and Reporting Analyst is responsible for the provision of HR Data services to the University. This includes providing regular and ad hoc reports, monitoring and addressing HR Data Quality issues and running specific Analytics as required by HR and other stakeholders.
With extensive HR reporting and system management experience, you will be able to provide a customer focused and commercially oriented service to academic schools and professional services. You will be a driver for change, able to develop strong relationships and find innovative ways to engage and motivate.
