We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and experienced social worker who is ready to be a leader or an existing proven manager to lead our established Assessment team in Great Yarmouth.

With the support of a Practice Consultant you will lead a team of social workers and assistant practitioners. You will be at the forefront and leading the government backed national and innovative signs of safety approach to child protection and child in need casework, to bring about change for vulnerable children living in Norfolk.

We work closely with our children, families and partners to deliver high quality services and lasting positive change in Norfolk. Our Infant Mental Health Attachment project and Compass services are just two examples of innovative multi agency working approaches; you will find many more in Norfolk.

To join our Social Work management team it is essential that you have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work, CQSW, CSS or equivalent, and full HCPC registration. You will need to have at least 3 years social work experience and the ability to travel. If you feel that you have excellent leadership skills, the experience and enthusiasm to promote best practice and keep staff motivated, then we are keen to hear from you.
