I am currently working with a leading Independent Fostering Provider as they seek to expand and develop their service throughout the West-Midlands.
Due to a recent influx of Foster Carer's, the service in question is looking to recruit a Support Worker within the Birmingham region in order to actively support the children and families who are currently in placement with the agency.
How good are you at helping others? If you're the individual in your social circle that both friend's and family lean on for moral support then the role of support worker might be an opportunity for you to make a real difference to a stranger's life.
What they can offer you:
- A competitive salary (given the market rate for 2017)
- Fulfilment and the opportunity to make a difference within your work.
- Generous annual leave.
- Training and development within your role.
- 'Outstanding' rated working environment that will provide you with a step to pursuing a career within social work.
