This company is a specialist provider of business support services into the Health and Social Care Sectors. They have a friendly and supportive environment and a happy team. Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking to grow their sales team to keep up with the advancement of their existing and emerging services across the Health and Social Care sector. An ideal candidate will be an ambitious and self-motivated person who is keen to learn what they do alongside undertaking training in Health and Social Care to understand their customers better. A full training programme will commence on starting with the company to support the successful person through to becoming a valued member of their sales team. A car is essential as they are based on a 1,000-acre deer park in North-East Nottinghamshire with no access to public transport. The Junior Sales Manger is a sales-support position. This person will be responsible for generating leads and passing these to their existing technical sales managers. They will also be required to update their CRM to ensure details held are accurate. The successful candidate will work in a small team alongside technical sales managers and their marketing manager. They will have a professional manner, a willingness to learn and have excellent verbal communication skills. The person will have tele-sales experience and ideally will have experience or some familiarity with the health and social care sector. Experience/skills/attributes - Previous experience of working in a client focused B to B telesales environment - Track record of achieving targets/KPI's - Ability to communicate with clients at all levels - Ability to assess and understand customer needs to fulfil their requirements - Telesales skills - Persistent/Tenacious/Motivated/Happy! - Adaptable to change - Capable of evidencing strong personal organisation and time management skills - An ability to use initiative to provide innovative client solutions - Attention to detail - Ability to use Customer Relationship Management software Salary Package: Initially the starting salary would be GBP18,000 p.a, possibly rising to GBP20,000 p.a. for the right individual. They allocate 20 days' annual leave + statutory bank holidays. Probationary period they would expect to be 6 months and on successfully passing this they would enter the person into our sales commission system where there is no ceiling limit. Commission is paid on any sales made when target has been reached. They would expect the base salary to rise for the right individual when targets have been consistently met or exceeded.
