Office Manager / Senior Administrator
North London based Electrical Services company is looking for a self-motivated and organised Office Manager/Senior Administrator. Working in a small team, this is a broad role that requires the job holder to turn their hand to lots of different elements of the role whilst maintaining a calm and professional manner.
It is the responsibility of the Office Manager to ensure that work requests are scheduled, quoted, invoiced and remitted whilst being the primary point of contact for all inbound queries. The Office Manager is also responsible for the efficient running of the Companies business administration including management accounts, HMRC adherence, governing body memberships and other tasks as required.
The successful applicant will have prior Office Administration experience with strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in IT (MS Office) is essential. Proven ability to prioritise and use own initiative is required. Experience in management accounting is preferable but a desire to learn is essential.
