GBP29,000 - GBP37,000 depending on experience (Inc GBP4000 location allowance)

Either 38.5 hours shift
Or can offer contract set to either: 11, 22, 33 or 44 hours - salary dependent on hours worked

Prism7 is seeking ambitious and experienced registered CAHMS nurses to help lead our clients multidisciplinary team in Woking, Surrey. You'll be conscientious and will strive to provide high quality care at all times.
Our clients hospital treats adolescents between the ages of 13 and 18 across 3 specialist wards.
Their comprehensive team supports and guides patients through their care pathway and towards discharge.

You'll have worked in a least-restrictive environment. They support young people with a range of mental health issues including:

Self-harm and /or suicidal
Depression or anxiety
Emerging personality disorder
Eating disorder
Substance misuse (requires primary diagnosis of a mental health problem)
Emotional / social and behavioural difficulties
Borderline / mild learning disability as a secondary diagnosis
Austism Spectrum Disorders

Duties of the CAMHS RMNs:

Formulate Care Plans & Risk Assessments
Understanding of the Mental Health Act 1983
Have a good understanding of the Deprivation of Liberties (Dols)
Promote safety by undertaking risk observation levels
Administer medications orally, topically and by injections
Communicate with the wider multi-disciplinary team to ensure mental wellbeing
Coordinate person centred care involving the patient and relatives
Promote education so as to increase patient understanding
Allocate staff duties and prioritise workloads
Maintain comprehensive records for shift handovers
Understand and implement the Mental Capacity Act and best interest's decisions
Uphold the NMC code of practice at all times
Maintain patient confidentiality
