We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Student Administrator to work within the Student Administration department (Southwark Campus). The successful candidate will have administrative experience or relevant transferrable skills as well as a demonstrable commitment to providing excellent customer service and a strong commitment to delivering a user focused, administrative service.

The post-holder will need to be able to deal sensitively with enquiries from a diverse range of individuals (including NHS Trusts), and de- escalate and manage potentially difficult or conflict situations calmly and with confidence.

The post-holder will play a key role in processing transcript requests from past health students. Due to the nature of some requests, the ability to research and gather information from various sources, pay attention to detail and work within a given time frame is essential. As a member of the team, you will work with others to meet the objectives of the Student Administration department by ensuring that student, staff and stakeholder enquiries are dealt with in a customer-focused and efficient manner.

The post-holder will need to be able to work collaboratively with Student Administration and academic colleagues. They will play a key role in supporting the Student Administration Team Leader in providing a professional administration service.
