Our Social Workers
As a learning organisation we will provide you with the support you need for your continuous professional development. Our experienced managers are committed to developing your skills and expertise through a range of caseloads, as you progress through the Social Work framework at level 2.
As an experienced Level 3 Social Worker you will be working with manageable caseloads of our most complex cases, confident in the knowledge that your manager is there to support you. Bringing your experience and up-to-date knowledge to the team, you'll also have the opportunity to share your expertise with colleagues through case work guidance and best practice.
We are committed to high-quality social work practice and supporting practitioners to be capable and confident professionals. As part of this we are investing in 'reinvigorating social work', an exciting project helping social workers to strengthen their relationship-based practice and support families to lead their own change.
The Care and Protection service is separated into two distinct areas: Help and Protection and Care and Support.
