3 Form entry 'Good' Catholic Primary School are looking for an experienced year 6 Intervention Teacher to start as soon as possible.

The school is a warm and happy school located in Roehampton, South West London. The school has a rich history, rooted in the educational tradition of the Society of the Sacred Heart, and we aim to meet the unique, individual needs of all of our children in a caring and friendly atmosphere. We make the most of our extensive grounds for play, sports and outdoor learning activities. We also have a lovely prayer garden, planting area and many school pets including a Shetland pony!

The position in question is a year 6 intervention role teaching small groups of pupils to help boost their attainment in the core subjects. There will be 1 ?? days teaching the whole class also. This is an excellent role for a teacher who is looking to make a real difference to the results of the children without the full-time responsibility of a full class teacher.

All applicants for this position must have the following requirements to be considered:

- Teaching Qualification
- Relevant teaching experience (Must be able to provide 2 teaching references)
- Relevant knowledge of the current national curriculum
- Eligibility to work in the UK


- Providing engaging and interactive lessons
- Communicating with parents and carers over pupil's progress and participating in departmental meetings, parent's evenings and whole school training events
- Planning and preparing all subjects within the current national curriculum

If you are interested in this position and your application is successful, the school will require you to prepare a lesson on poetry for the year 6 class. You will be able to choose the learning objective.
