The Position:

My client a small independent boutique recruiter are looking to appoint a Perms logistic consultant to work with the Manager to develop and grow their Logistics division within their Leicester branch. The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise within recruitment and within the driving sector You will need to be self-motivated to achieve set targets, Assist the Manager and offer guidance support to junior staff, have a professional approach and capable of working in a team environment. A key attribute shared by my clients most successful Senior Consultant is the drive to succeed within a very competitive market place. Due to my client having an excellent reputation within the Leicestershire region and having a dedicated client base this role will have a high emphasis on resourcing candidates for placements as well as a little business development.

The Benefits:
Senior Driving Consultants who join the company will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to 27K dependent on experience.

Initially you will be entitled to 28 days paid holiday per annum, rising to 33 days after 2 years employment and inclusive of statutory holidays.
