Legal Application Support Analyst
Legal Application Support Analyst is required for an international law firm situated in a fantastic central London location.
As Legal Application Support Analyst you will be working within a specialist Systems Team on projects as well as providing 3rd Line Support.
You will need technical knowledge of the following Legal systems:
- Document Management - ideally eDocs
- CRM - ideally Interaction
- Digital Dictation - ideally BigHand
- Room Booking Systems - ideally Condeco
- SQL - writing queries
Ideally you will have gained experience providing 3rd Line Support of Legal Applications, HOWEVER The role could suit someone looking to take the next step from a 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst, Deskside Support or Desktop Analyst type role.
