Develop and implement a people strategy that is aligned to the business goals, review its effectiveness and make improvement as necessary.
Develop effective HR practices and policies to reflect the business focuses and statutory compliance.
Ensure current and future business needs are underpinned through HR initiatives that support development, engagement, motivation and preservation of employee capability.
Maintain a thorough working knowledge of the different business functions that enables informed decision making and contribution to the business.

Design and deliver high quality talent acquisition solutions that reflect our values and culture.
Lead on Senior Management hires.

Learning & Development
Implement talent management initiatives and framework that support the business plan to identify, develop and retain key talent.
Implement training and development programmes that provide the skills required to meet the business aims, managing talent and succession planning.
Develop and implement performance management framework; ensuring effectiveness, consistency through process and alignment of objective setting to the business goals.
Assess employee engagement and satisfaction levels, identify and take action for improvement.
Work with Managers to create and maintain a learning environment.
Design and implement a reward and recognition framework, ensuring that the best talents are attracted and retained within the business.
Lead on annual pay reviews / benchmarking exercises.
Provide guidance and support to the Payroll Manager; ensuring accurate payment, good operational standards are in place and statutory compliances are being met.

Employee relations
Oversee complex employee relations issues, including redundancy, investigation,
grievance, disciplinary, absence and capability.
Ensure good practices are consistent and reflected across the business on all
people matters.
Work closely with stakeholders to achieve maximum results, providing coaching
and expert guidance on people matters.
Change management
Introduce and drive change management initiatives; establish new operating
model, where necessary, whilst ensuring effective engagement with managers and
