HRIS - HR Systems & Information Manager
HRIS - HR Systems & Information Manager is required for an international professional services company situated in a fantastic central London location. As this is a NEW ROLE you will have the opportunity to make the role your own and be seen to add huge value to the HR team and company.
As HR Systems & Information Manager YOU MUST HAVE depth in your knowledge of HR/People/Talent; systems, processes, data and analytics.
You should be familiar with current HR & Talent products (such as workday etc) as you will be a key figure in the selection and implementation of a new cloud based system.
You will also be responsible for introducing efficiency and automating manual processes, as well as, enabling the generation and analysis of People Data which will be used by the wider business and used to support business decisions, initiatives and projects.
(Not Essential) Ideally you will have gained experience in the professional services sector or gained experience in a corporate/professional services environment; Law/Legal, Financial Services - Banking/Insurance/Accountancy, Consultancy etc.
