Our client is a Global Financial Services company with offices in London, Zurich and the US and is currently looking for a highly motivated, organized and reliable professional to join the international team in London as a Participant Services Coordinator / Office Manager. This position will support the organization by providing first class administration support and will assure the smooth day to day running of the office. In addition this candidate will closely support the Participant Services team by communicating with plan participants regarding their online investment and compensation accounts. This is a role for a true team player who uses their initiative, has great attention to detail, works well under pressure and always with a smile.

Duties and Responsibilities: Communicate with plan participants regarding online investment & compensation accounts; Respond to participant inquiries via phone and email; Support administration and recordkeeping of participant accounts; Set up participant ???events"; Any other duties deemed necessary by Participant Services Team Lead; Organize day to day office management ; Manage phone and mail correspondence; Coordinate meetings, international travel and company events; Order office equipment, supplies, stationery & refreshments; Manage vendor relationships; Manage accounts payable/receivable & prepare employee expense reports; Assist with HR administration; Assist with compiling & formatting presentations; Research Projects; Any other duties deemed necessary by Senior Management.


Skills and Knowledge: Motivated and positive attitude; Excellent communication skills; Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills; Work well in a self-directed environment and use initiative; Ability to take ownership of tasks and follow through to completion.


The ideal candidate will be a Graduate with experience post-university working in Client Services / Support ideally within the Financial sector. A keen team playing attitude and first class communication skills are essential.
