Pulse is delighted to announce that we are working in partnership with a leading provider of treatment adherence and patient self management programmes to recruit a nurse advisor.
The organisation is a recognised global leader in this field, and its aim is to empower individuals to achieve better health outcomes and drive sustained improvements in patient self-management. They partner with pharmaceutical and public health organisations world wide to deliver their objectives, and their programmes will cover a wide range of clinical specialties and conditions.
The nurse advisors are the front line of the patient support service. They will work alongside other nurses, psychologists, the client services and digital services team to support and educate those patients that are enrolled in various patient support programmes.
The successful candidate will:
- Possess outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Build and maintain professional rapport with patients via phone contact
- Have the ability to pre-empt potential clinical adverse events
- Have excellent documentation skills
- Have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a wider team
Due to the clinical variety that this role covers, we are targeting registered nurses from a wide range of clinical specialties - including but not limited to; medical/surgical, A&E, ICU, community and practice nursing.
The successful candidate will work Tues to Thurs 0900 - 1730. The organisation runs excellent orientation and on-going learning programmes, and benefits include; private medical and healthcare insurance, regular working hours, cycle to work scheme and paid holiday.
