Recovery Coordinator; Substance Misuse; Wirral (working on an outreach basis)

Through offering a high level of guidance and support, their main concern is to maximise the quality of life for every service user.
Your new role
You will work as an integral part of the multi-disciplinary team at the service named above to deliver high quality provision. You will be required to support service users from their point of entry into the service and through their treatment/recovery journey. You will provide screening, assessment, recovery planning and onward referral.
Ultimately, you will be working with service users to support social (re)integration, enabling them to lead meaningful and purposeful lives: promoting recovery, resilience, peer support and self-determination.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience working as a recovery worker, managing caseloads.
