Team Leader - Therapeutic Care - Children's Residential home in Norfolk

Join a leading organisation that provides care and support for children with trauma. Gain a counselling qualification and become a qualified child psychotherapist.

As Team Leader you will develop staff and lead shifts. Experience of managing a team in a residential setting is essential. In return, you will receive:

Full time work and gain qualifications as you go. The role is working on a full time basis with a children's charity. You will be part of their training scheme, with modules and courses that will give you the tools to climb the career ladder.

This position is working in a children's home and with a therapeutic approach for promoting the well-being of children. You will be part of the ongoing training and development with access to a range of training modules leading to becoming a qualified child psychotherapist.

About You

You must have strong experience of leading teams in a residential childcare setting.

You will also have the desire to learn and develop your skills in the care setting. As a national provider of care services, my client offers great specialist training for all staff at all levels.

You must have a desire to work with and help children through support, coming up with new activities and providing care alongside a Child Psychotherapist.

As a Therapeutic Care Worker, you will support the children to find their voice. Shift work and sleep ins (2-3 x per week) is required for the post.
