Nottingham City Council has an exciting opportunity in the Facilities Management and Building Services Team for a Property Maintenance Manager.

We occupy and operate within a wide ranging and varied portfolio of properties across the City to enable a variety of services to be delivered to our citizens, users and visitors to Nottingham.

You will play a key role in leading a committed and dynamic multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of an effective repairs, maintenance and compliance service across our wide-ranging property portfolio.

You will be responsible for shaping the vision for the service, delivering results and demonstrating accountability. The role will allow you to be creative, using your management and contract skills, expertise and knowledge to ensure the service continually delivers improved performance, efficiencies and income generation.

You will have an appropriate Facilities or Building Services postgraduate or professional qualification and a recognised management qualification. You will have experience of leading a large diverse team with demonstrable experience of managing and motivating a team to drive continued service delivery improvements and customer satisfaction.
