Team Manager - Locality Team
Aurora resourcing are recruiting for a Local Authority in North East Wiltshire and are looking for an experienced frontline team manager to take on a challenging but rewarding locum contract.
The position has become available as the Locality team are very busy and the current Team Manager has requested some assistance. You will be managing the locality team which deals with a mixed case load of CIN/CP/LAC.
The locality service is very well managed and organised but due to some restructure there is currently a bigger workload.
The rate per hour is GBP41 an hour and the contract is likely to last between 3-6 months. If you have experience managing a frontline team and want to bring your experience and knowledge to this team to help them stabilise then the position is perfect for you.
You must be/have:
- HCPC Registered Qualified Social Worker
- Have sufficient management experience within frontline services
- Be confident and passionate and able to motivate others
