An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Home Care Manager to join the team at Eaves Court in Princes Risborough, HP27 0JQ, our latest state of the art independent living location

Are you an experienced Registered Home Care Manager within a domiciliary/home care environment? Do you hold a Level 4 diploma (dementia pathway) or a Level 2 in management equivalent qualification? Looking to work for a not for profit organisation that's in the Times Top 100 that is also one of the largest and most innovative retirement housing and care companies in England? If so then we need you.

What we offer:

As a Registered Care Manager you can expect a competitive salary and benefits packages that includes a generous annual leave entitlement, 6% employer pension contribution, life assurance, 25% discount on Bupa health insurance, discounted retail and child care vouchers and the ability to buy and sell annual leave.

What you'll do:

Reporting directly to the Home Care District Manager, you will be managing all aspects of a domiciliary care service ensuring it is viable, person centred, and meets customer needs. You will also have the responsibility for the delivery of a quality service that meets Care Quality Commission's (CQC) essential standards, improving the quality of customer's lives and supporting happy living for the years ahead.

Who you are:

As an experienced Registered Care Manager, you will be able to demonstrate that you have the commitment and passion to provide high quality care and the ability to adapt to different situations and work under pressure. You will require extensive knowledge of a domiciliary care setting and the needs of older people. Experience of working to targets and associated results is essential.

Who we are:

Care and housing for older people is our business. But it's also our passion. And unlike many other large care providers, it's all we do. Through our care homes and our housing locations, we care about people's individual needs and their everyday lives. And the dedicated teams of business professionals working in our Bradford and London offices are the foundation that keeps all 9,500 of us working towards the same goal.

Our one aim is to provide older people happy living for the years ahead.

We're not-for-profit; this means that every penny we make or save is invested in the people who live with us and the people who work here. It means a better standard of care and customer service. Better wages and more investment in your training and development. And better buildings to live and work in.

Recruitment Agencies please note that we do not recognise speculative CVs, should you submit a speculative CV we will assume the candidate as our own.
