Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
Our client, a leading Pharmaceutical Company based in Elstree, Hertfordshire require a Customer Services Executive ( B2B ) to join their Team that supports their Clients based in the Middle East.
The role requires good attention to detail skills and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include :
Preparing shipments and relevant shipping documentation
Responding the customer queries via email and telephone
Creating and maintaining relationships with customers
General administration tasks
Experience required :
Proven experience within a Customer services role, building and development relationships with Clients and processing orders. Experience within a Pharmaceutical environment is highle desirable
Excellent telephone and IT skills
Professional manner, patient and enthusiastic, able to work to deadlines
