Home Care Assistant - GBP20,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Location - Aylesbury area

Hours - Full time - Flexible working between 8.00am and 10.00pm

We are offering social care jobs to selected candidates supporting vulnerable adult men living in a single institution near Aylesbury.

You will receive;

  • Full training and shadowing
  • A salary of GBP20,000 per annum, mileage, holiday pay, pension, other benefits for an average 45 hours per week.

You will be providing personal care and support to adult men living in a single institution near Aylesbury. This is responsible and skilled work, requiring you to be committed to full time work, and with a caring and compassionate nature. Both men and women are needed to complete this specialist team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist vulnerable adults who may have health needs to achieve their daily needs Assistance includes personal care needs, continence care, companionship, assistance with medication and assisting with preparing and eating meals.
Some household duties /light cleaning may be required at times.

You will be expected to accurately record and read reports and work with other professionals to provide the support needed for a person centered care provision.

Flexible work arrangements:

You will need to be available to work between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm, and work alternate weekends. During the day you will be able to take regular breaks, and you will be working with another experienced care worker as a tight knit team.
