Band 5 Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner - (Leicester)

Pay Rate: GBP16 - GBP18.55 per hour (negotiable dependant on experience)

Length: 3 month contract, possibility for extension

Hours: Looking for full time - will consider reduced hours.

One of my clients has requested cover for a 3 month period within their service. This position will be starting ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity to gain invaluable experience with an excellent service.

As a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, you will be an integral part of the therapy provision within the IAPT service.

Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners working within an IAPT service must have the below requirements;

  • Must have a Post Graduate Certificate in Low Intensity Psychological Therapies
  • This includes having experience within an IAPT service.
  • Ability to contain the emotional distress of clients.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Newly qualified candidates will be considered but we must see proof of qualification (either in the form of your Certificate or a confirmation from the University).
