We are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected, reputable and forward thinking Insurance company. They are looking for a talented business leader with proven experience of growing and building Corporate and Commercial Insurance business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Build clients confidence through demonstrating excellent product knowledge.
• To assist in the achievement of all forecasts, plans, programmes and budgets in your respective area of work as agreed with Manager.
• To develop and enhance relationships with key insurers and underwriters and work closely with the other Account Executives and Handlers in forging long term relationships with existing and new clients.
• Advising on existing products.
• Take a proactive role in own development
• To understand and observe at all times the firm's Treating Customers Fairly Policy
• Take a proactive position regarding workloads within the team and ensuring the delivery of a consistently excellent standard of written correspondence, verbal communications and management processes.
• To assist in ensuring that all post and diary activity is completed daily in accordance with the internal procedures and performance standards.
• lead and coach individuals to develop a high performing team that is capable of sustainably delivering the services required which are reliable, accurate, efficient and cost effective
• Be seen, both internally and externally, as the champion for all insurance matters, eager to share knowledge and assist others.
• An excellent and effective communicator, both written and verbal.
• To maintain appropriate, regular contact with existing clients, to ensure their insurance requirements continue to be met.
• Able to plan and prioritise personal workload and diary to meet business requirements, targets and timescales.
• To promote and maintain a high Company image of professionalism, competence and customer satisfaction.
• Cooperate and participate with other team members in ensuring that the smooth running of the office, and any housekeeping tasks, are fully accomplished
