Team Member: Sales & Customer Service (this is in our office, not a bike shop)

Part Time: 15 hours per week. Salary: £18-£20k pro rata. Location: London, N16

This is an administrative role, helping customers with their orders and dealing with logistics.

  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Checking orders and payments coming in daily
  • Monitoring deliveries of orders going out of our remote warehouse to customers

Working for a small company, you’ll also be expected to ‘muck-in’ where necessary on other daily tasks.

As our ecommerce grows, there is a possibility that the role could become full time, with additional social media/marketing responsibilities.

 

Essential Skills:

Diligence & reliability

Experience working in a sales or admin role for a small company

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A sunny disposition

 

Useful skills:

Technical knowledge of bikes

European languages

Experience in ecommerce and inventory software

Social media

 

This is an ideal role for a parent returning to work.

Hours are flexible, spread over 4-5 days, ideally mornings.

3 month trial period. 

 

Our office is located in The Greenhouse workspace, Newington Green, London N16.
