Estate Agency Sales Manager/Branch Manager - Bournemouth
Our client is a friendly independent agency with an excellent reputation, who has a modern contemporary office can offer EXCELLENT PROSPECTS for progression.

They have a vacancy for a Branch Manager to take over the daily management of the branch from the business owners.
They will consider :
- A branch manager for sales and lettings
- A residential sales manager.
Both sales and management experience in the property industry is essential , and the client will only consider candidates with a track record of winning business and supervising staff.
The objective is to maintain the successful reputation and turnover achieved by the existing owners. The existing owners will provide ongoing support and direction as required.
There will also be an opportunity, after 12 months or so, for the candidate to agree their own business development plan to further grow the branch and a receive extra rewards for that.
The branch manager will be responsible for a senior negotiator on residential sales and an assistant property manager on lettings.
They will also have a part-time accounts administrator and part-time support from the two business owners.
Alternatively, the sales manager will be responsible for a senior Neg on residential sales with support from the two business owners.
The candidate will already know our industry is changing and success will come from being more competitive and more innovative and at times from plain old long hours and hard work.

For The Branch Manager - There is a competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission, plus a results based bonus for the branch. Plus a company car.
For The Residential Sales Manager, there is a basic salary plus uncapped commission, plus use of pool car.
