Regional HR Business Partner - Contract
Our client, a leading UK Retailer is looking for Regional HR Business Partner for an initial 6-month contract to cover the South of the UK.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be accountable for providing HR Generalist support to the Senior Leadership across the assigned region.
- This role sits with a structured HR function and whilst reporting in to the Head of HR, has a strong reporting line to the Operations.
- Acting as a true Partner, you will drive commercial output through the commercial people plan.
- Partnering the management team to project manage Employee Relations, HR practices within the business.
- Leading company's talent management processes within the business area, including performance/potential management, manpower planning and succession planning.
Based from home, this role will require travel across the region, partnering the Operations Leadership team.
The Ideal Candidate;
CIPD Qualified and ideally a Graduate, your career to date will show clear progression within fast paced, multi-site businesses, namely in Retail or Hospitality.
You must have worked within a true Business Partner capacity, supporting the senior management team in defining People Plans to match commercial requirements.
My client is looking for a pro-active, commercially focused professional who has a pragmatic approach to HR.
