Due to exceptional growth, we are interested in speaking to individuals with a solid and demonstrable track record of success in client facing recruitment. We are looking for the right person, with previous experience of managing clients within the Healthcare recruitment sector.

We will give you the tools and support needed to build your client base within the company and in return, you will bring your expertise, knowledge and passion for recruitment. You will have the drive and motivation to generate new client accounts, and be capable of developing new business through networking and cold calling whilst maintaining the confidence to establish, build and manage your own accounts. You will provide temporary staff to a portfolio of companies whilst developing strong relationships with your clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying and developing new clients through commercial activity. You will be making contact with potential new business over the phone aiming to book appointments / visits, then closing the prospects for confirmed business.

- Proactively developing relationships with clients in your market through regular contact and face-to-face meetings.

- Interviewing a wide variety of candidates, providing a consultative service when finding them the right job.

- Matching the best candidates to client vacancies in a professional, consultative efficient manner.

- You will stay informed on new developments in your industry and analyse staffing trends, whilst maintaining a clear focus on driving sales.
