Job Term: Permanent / Full Time

Job Outline:

A Global leader in organic semiconductor materials, now requires a Process Manager to support the continuing commercial development.

Working closely with the Process Engineering and Operations teams you will develop and control the processes used for test substrate and display backplane fabrication.

This role is essential for the development of manufacturable fabrication processes and improving the quality of material and process development.

Working closely with the Formulation, Fabrication and Test Teams you will build the understanding of the link between material properties, process and device characteristics.

You will work closely with the Engineering and Materials Teams to integrate the documentation and data systems that support process and materials development.

Working with the Process Engineers you will define and maintain a Process Control Plan, and Engineering Change System

You will also be working with the test team to improve feedback from failure analysis.

Qualifications:

As the successful candidate you will hold a minimum of BSc in Physics, Chemistry, Electronics or related subjects.

Experience:

As the successful candidate you will have gained experience in a process integration role within the semiconductor or display fabrication.

You should be familiar with industry standard problem solving, yield improvement and process control methodologies in a development environment is required.

Experience of delivering high technology projects in multicultural, multifunctional organisations is essential. In particular the delivery of projects from R&D to manufacturing environments would be highly beneficial.

You should have a strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes including spin and slit coating, photolithography, wet chemical etching, plasma processing, PVD processes particularly sputter and thermal evaporation.
