Employee Benefits Team Leader
A leading Consultancy in Bristol, who provide Wealth Management, Investments and Employee Benefits solutions to a wide range of clients, are currently looking for an Employee Benefits Team Leader to join them on a 12m basis.
In this role, you will manage the EB team in a way that supports delivery of service excellence at all times. You will also provide dedicated administration support to the firms Employee Benefits Consultants and deliver first class experience to their clients.
You will act as a line manager to the EB Admin team including managing authorisation of holiday requests, ensuring efficient levels are in place. You will also lead, manage, coach and develop direct reports, review and appraise the team and actively delegate appropriate tasks to your team.
Furthermore, you will also be accountable for managing the existing Group Pensions Schemes, ensuring details are kept in line with FCA guidelines. The successful applicant will also support the Employee Benefits Paraplanner with technical queries, scheme implementations and delivery. Including attending client meetings, producing and implementing project plans and managing communication with providers.
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have experience of working in a similar role within an Employee Benefits Consultancy, IFA or Pension Provider Environment.
