The charity work as prime contractors for a new cutting edge employment project. Its government funded, and the charity manage a group of 9 local grass roots not-for-profits who connect with local job seekers with a range of backgrounds (NEETs, BME, disabilities) to help them get back into work.

You and your team will be based out of an office in Stoke, and will be responsible for ensuring the contract is on track, and the charities are finding, supporting and assisting job seekers into work and following up to ensure in-work support is provided.

Specifically, you will be the one that assesses and reviews the data of each provider. You will be excel savvy, and be able to produce reports to understand what the key areas for improvement are, and make recommendations to management,the supply chain and the key funders.
