Medicare First is currently looking for Multiple dynamic, highly skilled, experienced and expert individuals to deliver a truly outstanding service to various team.
The successful candidate will be working for the Children's Services, specifically Safeguarding, Assessment, or LAC teams providing a real opportunity to make a difference. We are looking for confident and skilled Team Managers, Senior Practitioners and Qualified social workers who are determined to achieve the best for children.

The salary ranges for the roles are:
Qualified Social Worker - GBP31,428 - GBP37,602
plus a GBP1500 annual retention payment and a GBP1000 Golden Hello.

Senior Practitioner - GBP35,557 - GBP42,243
plus a GBP2000 annual retention payment and a GBP2000 Golden Hello.

Team Manager - GBP38,544 - GBP45,120
plus a GBP2000 annual retention payment and a GBP2000 Golden Hello.

The Expected duties include:
-As a Social worker you will work directly with children and young people who are at risk of significant harm, ensuring that their wishes and feeling are heard and considered.

- As Senior Practitioner to discharge the authority's responsibilities under the Children Act 1989 and other relevant legislation with respect to children in need, particularly those in need of protection and those looked after by the authority.

-As a Team Manager to take responsibility within the team for the development of practice; to contribute to training; to have liaison responsibilities and to represent the team on working parties and other bodies as required.

Requirements of the roles:
- HCPC Registered
- Minimum 1 years post qualifying experience
- A broad knowledge of social work practice and legislation, including safeguarding.
- An ability to demonstrate excellent assessment and analysis skills.
