Based in my clients London office, this role involves the successful Candidate to provide full support to the members of the Group Risk Team in all aspects of Administration.

The role requires someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to use their initiative and be proactive. This role also requires someone who has the ability to work on their own as well as in a small team.

Key responsibilities:
*To service and renew all new and existing policies in a timely and professional manner, including distribution of renewal documentation, chasing payments, general administration, confirming and tracking underwriting requirements
*To update and manage diary system to ensure appropriate follow-up of actions required for policy maintenance and renewal processing.
*To vet renewal / review data when required
*To ensure insurer accounts are accurate, dispatched to clients for timely payment and followed up.
*To Scan Group Risk Post / separate between Claims and Group Risk. Liaise with colleagues in regards to Claims post. File Group Risk post / action anything that needs urgent attention.

In order to be considered for this role, applicants MUST have good working knowledge of the Group Risk and/or Healthcare Industry. Ideally Candidates will also hold the GR1 or IF7 but this is not essential.
