My client specialise in the areas of Pensions, Investments & Employee Benefits. They are an award winning firm and have an excellent reputation in the market. Due to a sustained period of growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Pension Consultant to join them on a permanent basis.

The key aspects of this role will be to work closely with colleague across the firm to deliver Pensions Consulting support, Trustee Secretarial, Pensions Management expertise and Project Support to the firms wide range of clients. you will also participate in New Business Tender processes and take responsibility for managing your own workloads effectively.

In order to be considered for this role, Candidate must have demonstrable experience working in the Pensions Consultant role ideally with a similar organisation. You will be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of all aspects of running a Pension Scheme and be able to give good examples of when you have assisted clients in solving problems. You also must of acted as a named Trustee Secretary of a Trust- based Pension Arrangement.

Further responsibilities will include:
- Organising Trustee Meetings
- Putting in place and reviewing risk registers
- Monitoring invoices and budgets

The person:
- Candidates will ideally hold a degree and a professional qualification (APMI or FPMI), you will also have trust based DB & DC experience, up to date legislative knowledge and be familiar with TPR code of practice & guidance.
