We are looking for an innovative, dynamic and customer focussed Head of Admissions to help us develop our customer offer and brand experience. Through process engineering and automation, staff development and service enhancement,you will ensure that London South Bank University delivers a "best in class" service to customers, externally and internally.
From first contact to enrolment, as Head of Admissions you will play a leading role in the conversion of enquirers, applicants and offer holders by delivering an enhanced customer experience and leveraging the resources of the admissions and student contact centre teams to maximise enrolments and achieve recruitment targets.
As a seasoned and experienced admissions or customer service professional, you will provide strategic leadership and operational expertise across all aspects of the function and will be the definitive source of information, advice and guidance on admissions related matters, including compliance, for the University.
