We are looking for a HR Advisor on a full time basis to work from our Leeds office. This role requires generalist HR support to the Northern offices and line management across the Company working to high service levels to the business. HR Advisor serves as the first point of contact for employees and managers needing HR assistance. Ensures all Regional HR processes and documentation of workflows are kept current and posted on the shared HR team site.

As a HR Advisor, you will:

??Ensure effective people operations responsibilities including, performance management, compensation, engagement, succession planning, employee relations, training, reporting and HR projects.

??Comply with all SGK policies and procedures.

??Be providing support on complex issues arising from employees and management

??Attend management meetings at local sites and offer experienced advice on HR related issues, issues to do with staff and offer advice to Managers; you will be keen to make sure HR procedures are followed across the business.

You MUST have:

  • Working towards any related HR qualifications
  • Experience within Employee Relations
  • Strong issue/conflict resolution experience
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong communication skills
