This is an interesting position and Charitable organization to work for and you will be part of the senior management team, working alongside Directors and very motivated personnel. If you are a QBE or perhaps a Part Qualified Accountant who believes they are capable of assuming the number one role in a small but growing organization, then this could be an exciting opportunity for you. The position is high profile working with and reporting to Directorate level so you must be comfortable and confident to do so. It is incredibly varied encompassing Financial and Management accounts as well as aspects of Human Resources and Office Management.

As a result, the staff are highly motivated professionals and this makes for a very positive work environment.
Routine duties include the production of all Financial and Management Accounts. There is a hands on nature to this as you will have one assistant helping produce the financial accounting; but the volume is not high and this workload very manageable. You will produce Monthly and Quarterly Management accounts and work with the Directors and Trustees to produce and monitor the Budgets as well as Performance Reporting on the various Departments / Programmes. You will control Payroll, support the Directors on HR functions and generally oversee the smooth running of the organization and the office environment.
