An exciting opportunity has arisen within Skye and Lochalsh for an enthusiastic individual who is interested in developing their career within Health and Social care services. This post will require the successful applicant to be able to support the newly established 'single point of contact' and Community Integrated Team, ensuring that people are directed to those professionals or services that they need.

Previous experience of working in 'public facing' service is essential with experience of working within a health or social care environment would be desirable.

You will need to be able to communicative effectively with both people who are using our service, their carers/family and staff at all levels. You should be confident and have the ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.

A Full driving licence and use of own car for work purposes are an essential requirement of the post as you will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively between various work locations to meet the operational requirements of the Service
