This start up generics pharmaceutical company focuses on providing a wide variety of services and products. The company was founded in the past 5 years and began operating in 2016, their fresh focus is on IP and manufacturing of specific products that are aimed at a variety of therapeutic areas and operate worldwide. Some of the services they provide include R&D, IP licensing and manufacturing. They have an exquisite site that is newly built with fantastic facilities in Berkshire and are looking to strengthen their Quality Team through the appointment of a QA Manager at their manufacturing site based in Berkshire.

Your new role
Your new job role as QA Manager will be to have overall responsibility for the Quality Systems. You will carry out activities such as batch review processes, raw material release and finished product release to the market. You will also oversee the development of SOPs, CAPAs and complaints to maintain compliance. Documentation control, deviation managements and support of QMS will also be part of your role as QA Manager. You will carry out all activities in accordance to EU GMP guidelines.

You will be responsible for ensuring the site QMS is in compliance to GMP guidelines and Manage quality elements of solid oral dosage products from API through final packaging including management of CMOs. Further responsibility will include accountable for QP batch release activities and provide technical expertise for validation activities.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this QA Manager role you will have at least 5 years of Pharmaceutical industry experience and at least 3 years of experience in a Leadership/ management position. Previous experience within GMP QA is necessary.

Outstanding written and oral skills are needed as well as the ability to work well within a dynamic team whilst using your initiative. You will also have knowledge of Microsoft tools.
