We are currently seeking an experienced Architect to join a highly respected architectural practice on a permanent basis in Hampshire. Our client has a wealth of knowledge and experience delivering a range of architectural and design services to the Commercial, Residential, Leisure, Education and other sectors. Through working on a number of complex and innovative projects throughout the UK, they have gained a catalogue of notable clients, and an increasing workload. This would be the perfect opportunity for an enthusiastic Architect to join a growing practice and assist with a number of exciting major projects.

The chosen candidate will have a range of responsibilities and tasks, they will include:

* Planning, scheduling and coordinating the technical and management aspects of assigned projects
* Reviewing and approving technical design phases of projects, ensuring quality is in line with the given brief
* Producing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts
* Ensuring projects run on-time and on budget
* Liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
* Keeping up-to-date with trends and techniques
* Assisting with the training and development of junior team members

Essential skills, experience and attributes:

* Proven experience within a similar role
* Part III qualified
* Experience using relevant CAD software including ARCHICAD
* Good freehand sketch ability
* High level of creativity, imagination and enthusiasm to produce distinctive architectural designs
* Knowledge of relevant UK building regulations and legislation
* Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet strict deadlines
