Claims Contact Centre Leader

Day rate of GBP180 - GBP220

3-6 month contract

40 hour week

Search Consultancy is actively looking for a Contact Centre Leader to join our clients well known company. Our client has been established in 1997 and specialises in the Insurance industry. They are looking for an individual that came come in and hit the ground running with an already successful business.

The role:
  • Ensuring there is a customer resolution rate of 80% minimum
  • Resolve customer queries without onward referral
  • Lead and engage in a large element of the claims operation
  • Claims management accuracy with quality scores of 95%+
Skills Knowledge & Experience needed:
  • Contact centre experience
  • Background in the insurance market preferably
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and numeric skills
  • Pro-active approach
  • Ability to express opinions
  • Management experience
Desirable but not necessary:
  • Knowledge and experience of workforce planning disciplines
  • An understanding of underwriting with a background in claims
