Your new role
Responsible for monitoring the welfare of residents through regular daily contact and ensuring that the building is both secure and well maintained to provide a safe living environment for all residents.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed for this role you will be need good communication skill at all levels, ability to deal with stressful, emotional situations calmly, objectively and efficiently and to create an atmosphere of calm and security. A good knowledge and understanding of local/national voluntary and statutory services and organisations, as they relate to the needs of the residents.
