Customer Support Executive - GBP25,000pa plus Commission based in Canary Wharf.
Are you confident with IT and Excel and passionate about Customer Service? Then take a look at the role that I am currently working on for a Customer Support Executive for a creative design company based in Canary Wharf.
Key responsibilities & tasks:
- Building strong rapport with clients
- Uploading orders onto a specific online system
- To communicate with clients over the phone and email
- Answering telephone calls and dealing with any enquiries
- Process and confirm orders
- Using Excel/Google earth on a daily basis
- Working using your own initiative on a daily basis
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Strong organisational skills
- Good initiative when it comes to problem solving
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with Pivot Tables is imperative
- CAD is an advantage
- Available to interview and start immediately
